Armando Carlo joined Global Aerospace in February of 2025 as Senior Vice President, Complex Claims and was promoted to Group Head of Complex Claims in December 2025.  He has over 25 years of experience dealing with insurance claims, commercial litigation and products liability issues. Prior to Global Aerospace, Armando served as the Director, Insurance Litigation & Claims for the Boeing Company where he led the insurance claims team overseeing claims involving multiple lines of insurance coverage, including aviation products liability, aviation hull, casualty, cyber, professional liability and property, as well as other lines of coverage. Prior to his 20 plus years at Boeing, Armando was in private practice where he represented clients – both policyholders and insurance carriers – with respect to insurance coverage, employment and commercial litigation matters.

Armando obtained his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. He has been a licensed attorney in Illinois state and federal courts since 1996.
