This role will work closely with the Business Analyst Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and systems, supports the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, release support, documentation, and end-user training. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to grow their business analysis skills while contributing to impactful projects across the organization.  Further duties & responsibilities are listed below.

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements by collaborating with subject matter experts and business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support IT teams in solution design and implementation
  • Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, release management, and post-implementation support
  • Provide first-line support to users by triaging issues, resolving basic problems, and coordinating with IT teams as needed
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Support and deliver user training sessions for business teams
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills while working on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to systems, data, and business processes

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline is required

Skills/Experience:

Required:

  • 0–3 years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, operations analyst, or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to gather, document, and explain complex business requirements with accuracy and clarity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5–10%

Preferred:

  • Experience working with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Balsamiq)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or database tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding tools
  • Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in aviation, technology, or process improvement

 Pay Range

Anticipated Pay Range For This Role Is:

$50,000 – $65,000

This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to relevant experience, education, geography and skill set. All full time positions are eligible to participate in Global’s profit-sharing plan program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
