Global Aerospace Announces 2025 Carbon Offsetting Program
Global Aerospace is proud to announce its 2025 Carbon Offsetting Program, in partnership with 4Air. The program features two major projects:
Cookstove – Efficiency (Ghana):
- The Improved Cooking Stoves Programme in Ghana is carried out within the urban
areas of Western region, Ghana, where households mainly rely on charcoal for cooking purposes with inefficient devices. - The promotion and dissemination of over 400,000 affordable and efficient improved cookstoves (ICS) to low-income Ghanaian households and the associated awareness and training campaigns will help Ghanaian households by replacing currently used traditional coal pot , thus reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions by 413,653 tCO2/yr.
Dempsey Ridge Wind – Renewable Energy (Oklahoma, USA):
- The Dempsey Ridge wind power project consists of the installation of 66 2.0MW turbines on approximately 7,500 acres of agricultural and grazing land.
- The Big Smile Wind Farm at Dempsey Ridge will create enough clean energy to
power more than 46,000 U.S. homes.
