If we cannot resolve a claim directly with an insured's claimant, we use third party service providers familiar with local laws and customs.

From the first instance of claim notification, our integrated service supports our policy-holders through prompt investigation, survey and co-ordination of relevant parties to final settlement or adjudication.

We can initiate timely settlements and manage the claims process in court, mediation proceedings, before arbitration or other means of dispute resolution tribunals as each situation requires.
