The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), is EU legislation but we have decided to apply the same standard of care to anyone who subscribes to our mailing lists wherever they are based. Special Category Data, previously known as “Sensitive Personal Data” means “… personal data, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership… genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation…”
