A Message from our CEO: An Update on COVID-19
Dear Business Partner,
As we approach the final months of the year it is clear that this virus is still very much with us, frustrating the efforts of businesses around the world to resume normal operations. At Global we successfully adopted a fully remote-working model in the early days of the pandemic. We are currently operating in a “hybrid” mode, partly office-based and partly home-based, which we expect to continue for the rest of the year. We are available on our direct dial numbers, and, since the beginning of September, we have been welcoming clients and brokers by appointment in our COVID-secure London office.
From the outset, we have been focused on ensuring that we maintain a highly responsive underwriting and claims service for all of our customers and their brokers, and we will continue to do just that. These are challenging times, and we all look forward to supporting the aviation industry as it ramps back up in the not-too-distant future.
